In response to comments printed in The West today, Hon Lynn MacLaren MLC, the Greens spokesperson on planning, says the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) should formally assess the waterfront plan, not because the management plans are out-dated, but because they rely on aquatic fauna data that scientists say is 8-9 years old.
