Withdrawal of Notice

That notice of motion for disallowance 1, Greater Bunbury Region Scheme Amendment 0010/41—
Marlston North and Greater Bunbury Region Scheme Amendment 0011/41—Koombana North, be
withdrawn from the notice paper.

By way of brief explanation to the house, I move this motion because I have sought further detail from the
planning officers in relation to the impact of sea-level rise and the loss of public open space at these locations,
and my concerns have been addressed.
