Million Paws Walk


This Sunday, 20th May


The 2012 Million Paws Walk will be the states 16th walk. Again, to be held at Sir James Mitchell Park, South Perth it continues to be a popular outdoor event for animal lovers and their furry friends.


As Perth's premiere dog event you and your friends can mingle, chat and celebrate your love of animals! It is a family fun day designed to entertain, inform and educate the community.


Funds raised through walk registrations and online fundraising goes towards vital programs, services and campaigns undertaken by the RSPCA, as well as supporting our daily battle to stop animal cruelty.


Activities, attractions and live entertainment will be scheduled throughout the day including:
-Pet expo
-'Kids Corner' including face painting and other fun activities
-Food and beverage stalls
-Roving performers
-Celebrity guests
-Agility canine courses and demonstrations 
-Free vet checks
-Dog washing
-Seminars


Walk Location: Sir James Mitchell Park - South Perth Foreshore                                            
Parking: Limited parking with a gold coin donation at Sir James Mitchell Park
On the Day Registration:  From 8.30am         
Walk Commences:  10.00am           
Walk Distance:  2.5km or 5 km                  
Event Concludes:  2.00pm
